Vacancy - Help Desk Officer
We have a vacancy to join the Schools ICT Helpdesk Team, based at County Hall in Northallerton, providing first line support to a wide range of customers in their use of ICT systems.
The role includes resolving faults and providing technical advice and guidance as well as assisting in the support of development and project work to enhance systems and prepare new solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, operating systems and PC packages
- A customer oriented approach
- Ability to work to deadlines
- CompTia N + Certification or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience
