This article will show you how to export and import contacts using the Office 365 Outlook web app.

Export Contacts

Log into your 365 e-mail account (mail.office365.com) for the account you want to export contacts from 

 Select people icon

to go to the People page

In the top right corner of the page click Manage > Export contacts  export contacts 02

From the drop down list choose if you want to export all contacts or just a specific contacts folder

Click Export

A file called contacts.csv will be downloaded to your computer into your downloads folder  export contacts 04

 

 

Import Contacts

Log into your 365 e-mail account (mail.office365.com) for the account you want to import contacts to

 

Select people icon

to go to the People page

export contacts 01
In the top right corner of the page click Manage > Import contacts import contacts 01

Click Browse

Locate and select the contacts.csv file you downloaded when exporting contacts

Click Import

import contacts 02

Your contacts will be imported

Click Close
