Update from MDNX to say that they have resolved the problem. Sites appear to have been stable for about 2 hours.
The service will continue to be monitored over the course of the next day or so.
UPDATE - 12:45 - 13 th November 2013
MDNX (ADSL supplier) advise that they have a core network issue and work is continuing to resolve. We are hoping for a further update around 1pm.

There is currently an intermittent issue with some of our network connectivity involving WAN3 ADSL schools.
This is an external issue which is being investigated by NYNET at the highest priority.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and will provide further updates when available.
