County Wide Internet Outage 19/11/2013

There is currently a major internet outage in the Birstall data centre affecting the vast majority of internet traffic from NYnet customers. Phoenix acknowledge there is a problem within their core network and are urgently investigating. We have no further information at this stage but will update you as we know more.
Extranet UAG Portal

The Extranet UAG Portal is currently unavailable for those people who access it using an on-demand token. This means that you will not receive the email providing the new token details.
We are currently investigating this issue together with the 3rd party supplier. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and will provide further updates when available.

November 13th 2013 - WAN3 ADSL Outage
Update from MDNX to say that they have resolved the problem. Sites appear to have been stable for about 2 hours.
The service will continue to be monitored over the course of the next day or so.

MDNX (ADSL supplier) advise that they have a core network issue and work is continuing to resolve. We are hoping for a further update around 1pm.
