This course covers the tasks that must be completed at the end of the academic year in ScholarPack. It will be beneficial for those responsible for completing the year end procedures.
This course will look at:
This course will cover all routines required to complete the Year End process in ScholarPack. This includes the following:
- Adding new admissions to the system
- Updating attendance and ensuring all codes are DfE compliant
- Updating staff records
- Dealing with school leavers, which includes entering leave dates, destinations and off-rolling
- Assigning new year and form groups ready for September
- Adding holiday dates for the next academic year
- Producing Common Transfer Files (CTF's)
- General housekeeping.
Delegates will have a clear understanding of the year end process in ScholarPack and be able to set up their system ready for the new year.
A basic knowledge and experience on ScholarPack is required. This course is aimed at school administrators.
£60 per delegate - remote delivery via Microsoft Teams.
All prices are exclusive of VAT at the standard rate.

Cancellations must be notified to the Event Co-ordinator at least 5 days prior to the booked date or course commencing.
Should notification not be received we reserve the right to charge full price or retain course fees.
