Schools ICT offers a variety of training courses to support you with your IT systems and software.
Courses cover the main MIS packages, the ParentPay online payment service, Microsoft Office 365 applications, Website management and Website taster sessions for students.
Schools ICT is an appointed trainer for Capita SIMS, an accredited RM Integris Support team, ScholarPack accredited Support team and are Bromcom trained trainers. This means Schools ICT can run local courses on behalf of all these software companies.

Our Microsoft essentials training is an ideal introductory course for members of staff that require training in the general use of Office 365 in order to become more familiar with its core functionality. The Classroom Office 365 Learning is a great way of introducing staff and students to using the Office 365 Education package for collaboration
SharePoint training has been developed for your staff on how to use and manage your Schools ICT built SharePoint site at a time convenient to you.
Bespoke courses in Microsoft products can be arranged through Schools ICT or one of our network of ICT partners. We will be pleased to discuss requirements.
As part of our new website build we offer a half day on-site training course that will cover every aspect of managing your Schools ICT built website content yourself. We also offer a range of classroom training where one of our Web team will visit your school and deliver a fully planned and resourced lesson to your students. Current options include:

Group learning courses normally take place in our dedicated training room at County Hall, Northallerton or regional venues including the North Yorkshire Moors National Park Headquarters in Helmsley. All equipment and workbooks are supplied.
The 1 hour learning sessions take place over the phone with a remote connection into school.
On-site courses can be run during school time or as a twilight session and are customised to your needs.
