Where are courses held?
At present courses will be delivered remotely using Microsoft Teams. Our trainers can also come to your school.
How do I enrol for the course?
Bookings need to be made through North Yorkshire Education Services (NYES, previously called Smart Solutions). please click here
Will I receive acknowledgement and confirmation of bookings?
Delegates will receive notification of the booking to the registered email address. If you have not registered with NYES and would like to book onto our training. Please contact the Schools ICT Helpdesk.
Will I get a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes. After completion of your course, you may log into your account and download the certificate.
Can I can cancel my enrolment and get refund?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel your place on our course and 100% refund will be given. To cancel your place, please call NYES - 01609 533222 or contact the Schools ICT Helpdesk.
What is the deadline for applying for the course?
The booking deadline is set on a course by course basis, but is normally 4-5 working days before the date of the course. If it is past this date, please contact Schools ICT as there may be places still avaliable.
What happens if I register for a course, but there are not enough people enrolled on it?
Schools ICT reserves the right to cancel a course, if, for example, there are insufficient numbers. If this occurs, we will refund your course fee in full.
Is there an exam?
