SIMS Staff Performance
This course will look at:
- Setting Objectives
- Recording Observations
- Recording Continued Professional Development
- Recording Reviews
- Reporting on all of the above
You are now required to monitor and record the performance of your staff to enable you to provide evidence of efficiency/progress etc. SIMS Staff Performance Module is an extremely useful tool for setting Objectives, recording Observations, CPD and Staff Reviews. Staff Performance can be used whether you currently use the full functionality of Personnel or just basic information is recorded in SIMS.
This module would be driven by Heads/Senior Management Team with possibly a little help, during the set-up procedure, from your SIMS Administrator.
SIMS Staff Performance simplifies the performance management of all school staff and engages staff in their own development. It provides a portfolio of evidence throughout the appraisal process.
There are no on-going costs or Annual Maintenance, just a one off Licence fee of:
£200 for Primary Schools
£500 for Secondary Schools
Senior staff to have confidence in how to manage monitoring of staff performance and to be able to cascade this down to classroom staff who can then enter their own performance information. Staff need to be familiar with SIMS Personnel and in a posiition to enter performance information for staff.
