We are pleased to report that it looks as if AnyComms is now working again.

We have tested the link with several schools who have confirmed that the files are sending and we have confirmed that they are being received by County Hall.

Should you have a problem sending files now, this may be a separate issue which you should log to the Schools ICT Help Desk as normal.

There is a problem with AnyComms this morning which is resulting in the message ‘socket connect fail’ meaning that schools cannot transfer files to County.  We realise that this is a major issue on Census day, and our colleagues at County Hall are currently working to resolve this as a high priority.

We will email schools again once this issue is resolved.
